Glad to hear everything is okay. I have a friend who is epileptic and there have been a few times she has been hospitalized because of it and we thought we were going to lose her. Seizures are scary.

A few years back a co worker had a sezuire during working hours. Not fun to watch and quite scary. Especially when one is not trained to deal with situations like that.

When I was a kid I used to suffer from the occasional seizure. When I would come too - what would really scare the piss out of me, wasn't what had happened but rather the look of horror on my terrified mom and my sister in tears. I'd come to - see their faces and think "holy crap - what the hell just happened to me".

One of them even happened at a big wedding - so when I came to I had the added bonus of having interrupted the ceremony right before the "I Dos". Quality work on my part.

Thankfully my son, to this point, has not head health issues. He's gotten the sniffles and such but no major accidents. I'm sure when something even remotely bad happens I'll have a hard time holding it together.

Glad to hear that all is well.
I've been lucky as well, no really serious problems with my kids. One in the hospital for a couple of days when he was two, with a bad case of gastroenteritis, and a couple of stitches for each of them.
It's the worst feeling when they are sick.
My 14 yo just got hurt in gym this week, when they were doing wrestling, got his legs swept out and landed hard on his shoulder, so now he's been in pain all week, and it's still hard to see.
