This Is Halloween - Marilyn Manson

Zombie Jamboree?

If you can find the album Somnium by Thou Shalt Suffer (or Ihsahn) it's creepy as hell. It's all orchestrated, like a soundtrack sorta. Totally eerie but not really party-type music.

There are quite a few creepy NIN songs.

Also pretty much anything by White Zombie/Rob Zombie. Powerman 5000 has a few creepy sounding songs too.
