Same. My biggest complaint was the temperature of the room. It was fataing hot in there. You don't spend much time in your room, but you do need to sleep in it.

Venetian & Palazzo have a pretty sweet deal right now, $119/night on a weekday in December...

Vegas cheap?
You may get your hotel for cheap but be warned, it is an incredibly expensive city.

My hubby and his buds went to Vegas for his stag. They stayed at the Trop too.... It is cheap and certainly not luxurious. Only complaint was the bums sleeping on their ground floor balconies..... lol

Plus it's got blackjack switch! Awesome variation of blackjack that I haven't seen anywhere else. You play two hands at once, and can switch the top cards in your hands if you want. So a 10 5 = 15 / 6 10 = 16 becomes 10 10 = 20 / 5 6 = 11. Only different rules to accomodate the advantage is dealer pushes all hands at 22 and stays on soft 17. Fun times!

OK, I have to ask. What kind of stunt do you have to pull in Vegas to have the police say "You are too drunk to be on the street" and throw you in the drunk tank?

We all know who to blame for that one.. GRAHAM! Should have been at the MGM. Jason never would have left.

Pay $25 at Spearmint Rhino, and just stay there for three days.

When I lived in Vegas there were a whole bunch of hotels around the city that looked very cheap.
For example: http://las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor....as_Nevada.html
$18 a night!
Downtown Vegas is also probably cheap, I would not recommend staying in downtown Vegas though.
When relatives came in, they'd usually stay at the Tropicana. Right on the strip and not really sketchy at all.

What was that place called that had the $1 buffet? Man did it look awful.
Probably would be really cheap though.
