Depending on when the games are, I'd be interested as well. I play defense (although I haven't played for ~3 years.

Depending on days/times/locations I would like to try this out. I have lots of ball hockey experience, but last time I was playing I was getting bad headaches as the games would go on. I would like to try again, though.

Defense.

I'm interested too, forward.

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

My current team has 9 forwards, six defenseman and a goalie. This IMO is the perfect number.

And someone mentioned tier 4. I'm currently playing in tier 6. Our team played four scrimmage games against a team on tier 4 and got creamed every single time

Especially when we used to work construction.

I might be interested, depending on what I end up doing after school this year. If nothing else, I'd come out and practice with you guys a couple times before the season if you'll take me. I'd be able to play in April for sure but after that I might go back home after school is out for the year.

Unfortunately this is a non-contact league, You might get away with minor contact along the boards but no double Dion's at center ice.

I'm totally in for this. Put me in as the hard hitting pest. Anyone here from the Faceoff ball hockey league a guy Ravi put together? I was on team "white power" which actually only consisted of 2 whities, me being one of em lol. I have a feeling AlbertGQ played on my team but I could be wrong.

I was on "white power" that Ravi/Fobulous organised, but I don't remember the league being called Faceoff Ball Hockey League. But then again, it was years ago.

I don't even remember a white guy being on our team. How did we do again?

Considering that I will most likely be on the IR past April, I will agree to play either forward or defense based on need.

So what I was thinking is during sometime in Jan-March we can have some practices at either a local gym or hopefully a dried out arena, if this is all a go.

I wish I lived in Calgary right now. This would be so much fun! Maybe I can be a drop in if I happen to be in town for a game.

I'm still in and could play LW, or would be happy to stay back on D.

Team Registration Fee: $495 + GST
This fee includes the team rep's player fee of $195 plus the $300 deposit that will be held for team fines, not individual fines. Any remaining funds not used will be refunded at the end of the season or can be carried forward to next season's registration.
Teams must have a the equivelant of 14 Full Season players to start the season. You can Combine 2 Half Season players resulting in 1 Full Season Player

So probably each player would chip in $18 to cover the $300 team deposit.
  • Team Deposit: $300 + GST
  • Full Season Player Fee (15 games): $195 + GST
  • Half Season Player Fee (8 games): $120 + GST
Depending on the price of the jerseys it should cost around $223.65 for the season.
