"His name is Dr. Rockso, the rock n roll clown. He does cocaine. That's all we know"

At least that's my plan. The costume that is, not the cocaine.

edit: Nice on the JFK. "Allow me to dry you off....with my pants!"

I've always appreciated the off-the-wall idea such as Nick Nolte or Gary Busey. It takes some creativity, but if ppl know who you're dressed as, it's the funniest thing ever.

If someone could pull of a Robert Downey Jr. from Tropic Thunder that'd be pretty epic.

Dog the bounty hunter and his wife. A classic Kentucky waterfall and oversized mams..you can't go wrong.

I dressed up as powdered toast man one year, back in the day of Ren & Stimpy.

Go as "Kipper Kid". That would be both creepy and hilarious.

YES, I'm high on sugar and caffeine AND YES, my sense of humor is twisted to say at least...

Friends last year went as the Colonel and a bucket of chicken. She spent less than $50 and only a couple of hours making the costumes.

To bump this thread from obscurity, I was just out in Springbank picking my girls up from dance class and I saw a sign for a costume sale. Instead of just sitting there and making small talk I checked it out and was freaking blown away.
It was not just your average run of the mill costumes, these are from movies that were shot around Calgary and other area. There is costumes from all genres from old western movies to asian movies (samurai) to russian military and the best one was costumes from the movie paschendale.
They were not cheap but they were very good quality.
Also they have some awsome costumes on ebay, like Hellboy and Rasputin and Samuel L Jacksons outfit from Resurecting the champ.

If you are in the area I would check it out, it is across the road from Calaway Park around the back of the building.

Easy:
Price is right contestant
Gilligan
AC/DC guitarist (any famous looking musician works)
Skeleton Costume
Pilot (passenger or fighter jet)
Don Cherry
Army Men Figurine
Amish
Duffman (or any Simpson/Family guy character)
Rick Roll'd guy
Naked cowboy in NY
Waldo
Midget (PM for directions)
Ping pong player (real cheesy)
Tennis player (bit less cheesy)
Cupid

Hard:
Hypo Hypo Kid (Mike Myers SNL skit)
Blue Oyster Cult (More Cowbell SNL skit) (Only under because certain appearnce people required)
American Gladiator
Jaegar meister bottle & Red bull can = Jaggerbombs (group costume)
Blur Coffee & TV vid. (milk cartons - group costume)
Ghostbusters and/or Staypuft marshmallow man
Mariache band (group)
One of the outfits from movie dodgeball
Cast of Entourage
Awesome list dude! Especially the "Hard" category. Hyper Hypo would be priceless. I actually was tryin to get my buddies to do the Ghostbusters idea, for whatever reason no-one was on board. I thought of Entourage too, I have a buddy who's totally Turtle. Unfortunately I have more the facial and hair characteristics of Vince, but am closer to E in height haha, that may not work. As far as the Simpsons idea, I was tryin to get my one buddy to go as Surly from Duff Gardens, he's the perfect personality for it. I dont think he bit though.

We actually have our costume idea, we're all goin as Street Fighter characters(I'm Ryu). But you've got some beauts in there that I'm sure I'll steal in later years. Guaranteed at some point I'll do the Ghostbusters idea, that's just too priceless not to.

I can't ever think of anything good and the store options for women are quite limited. I might not dress up this year.

Cut a head hole and two arm holes in a garbage back, wear it as a pull over, tie and piece of garden hose around your waist and voila ... you're a hose bag. Somewhat old perhaps.
