Black and asian are the only two examples there that matter. Everyone would just laugh if he said tall, while bigotry against white people is practically institutionalized.

LOL....I love this guy...he does more to promote atheism than atheists! In front of a gym full of students? Perfect.

I agree. White people are the most downtrodden in all society.

No matter if this guy is shouted down, his hatred WILL bring in more like minded people... he may speak to only one or two students in that room, but when he is willing to openly preach his hatred, it becomes viral. When people air their hatred openly and freely, it becomes more widely accepted as truth. And maybe that is the cost of living in a free society...

I may have missed it in the article but was he saying that people should now go out an execute gays or that he believed that they should be executed?

To me in terms of inciting hate that would be a big difference, especially for a guy that is "running" for office.

So long as he isn't actively encouraging people to kill gays I can't see how he is doing anything illegal. Seems pretty stupid to have laws against what people can think no matter how dumb their believes are.

The guy doesn't understand, or at least follow what he preaches. We (Christians) are supposed to love one another, including our enemies. We are also not to judge. It is not our place. You can hate the sin, but love the sinner for you yourself are a sinner. Although the chances of finding somebody who can stick to that are probably smaller than winning the lottery.

I don't see much of a difference in those statements.

"I think cars should be washed"
"I think people should wash cars"

Unless, of course, you think that cars should be washed by elephants. But I'm pretty darn sure this guy means that PEOPLE should execute gays.

I don't think there is a difference; the law doesn't make a discrepancy between advocating/promoting executing gays vs. actively encouraging. If you're saying that it should happen, you're at the very least promoting it.
