He has two totally differnt roles in those shows, and plays both to perfection.

He makes Dexter, without him the show would floop.

Nolan is on vacation right now and he only thinks films one at a time. He never really planned out a 3rd but sources say Joker should have returned but probably won't now do to the circumstances.

Two-Face is deader than dead. He is beyond dead. That much is completely confirmed. Aaron Eckhart asked Nolan about his character and that's the response he got. "You're dead. That's it".

Let's not ruin these Batman movies like the last set by cramming in more characters than needed. Dark Knight was already pushing the limit.

Here's a problem with this notion. Ledger as the Joker was something we really didn't put together when it was announced; everyone was like "what? Heath Ledger?" ok....." But then he brilliantly pulled it off in a box office smash.

Depp as the Riddler and Hoffman as the Penguin are almost too....obvious. That sort of seems like a Joel Schumacher move, especially with guys like Jim Carey as the Riddler and Arnie as Dr. Freeze. It's almost too cliche. I doubt Nolan would go for it either; I say he makes some off the wall picks. And it won't be for the Riddler and Penguin.
