Of course, you reported all your tip income to CCRA.

But of course I did.
I thought that came into effect in my last year as a BA. Could be wrong as I never really looked into it.

I might be able to grab an application form for you.
The data entry base rate is 11-15 dollars an hour. But what you have on top of that is production paid.. When i was making 30+ an hour, i was processing around 3000 cheques / hour. since it's all numbers.. it's really easy.

I used to work as a Bar tenders assistant with Tip-out at the Den. Worked Thursday and Friday nights (from 9pm to 1pm) and pulled in an extra $1,200 - 1,400 a month (Plus another $400 - $500 for working BSD). Pretty easy work too, just stocking beer fridges, grabbing booze from the back, running the dishwasher and checking out university girls. Plus when I went there Saturday nights I hardly paid anything to drink.
The bartenders make way more but a BA (bartenders assistant) needs no experience.

Hey Rhettzky, question for ya..how much experience do you need to bartend at the Den?
I've been bartending this summer at a golf course and was thinking about trying to get a job during the school year at the Den.

I was a doorman at the den for about 4 years (I might actually know Rhettzky).
When I was there you usually had to have a good amount of experience bartending or had to work your way up to it. Start as a server, or a B.A.

I wouldn't mind an app form either.

Do you have to be going to school there to get a job?

No, but it helps.
BTW, if anyone does get a job at the Den, I should be in fairly regularly for my lest semester here in the Fall, maybe we should have a U of C CP meet.

Depends on what you want to do. This is the time to get in and apply though. I've been out of the loop there for a few years but it wouldn't hurt to head down and find out what kind of openings they have. You may even be able to just get your foot in the door by working shows there or something until a spot opens up. Plus working shows you only serve beer and maybe select high-balls depending on where you serve. So you may be able to get some experience that way too, plus meet the people on the inside.
