No, you can get this up to 90% of the value of the property (for a residence).

Incidentally you can also get this on commercial buildings in case anyone finds that of interest.

DementedReality is right on all their points. I used to have it but went away from it because im a spender. If i wanted something I bought it. it works if you waych your money closely. im 35 and getting married and having a family soon so its hard to have this because these are my prime spending years and this might be where i go over board and spend too much. It works if you keep a close eye on it. The flexability is great.
