a friend of mine used to say "sweet action" a lot, then one day decided to shorten it to "swaction"

Sugar tits has nothing on Honey Muff. It's so damn close to an standard endearment that it sometimes takes a few seconds to process. Anyways I've always been kinda partial to Über, as in super or the best.

That clearly belongs in the overused thread.

Every once in a while I like to bust out the word "balderdash", I use it in place of 'nonsense'.

So if someone says, 'the Oilers are a good hockey team', instead of saying Nonsense!, you just shout out Balderdash!, they are a terrible hockey team!. I just find it's a fun adjective to throw in because it throws most people off when you say it.

Main Entry: bal·der·dash Function:
noun Etymology: origin unknown Date: 1674 : nonsense

"Nefarious," as in "That emo adolescent is nothing but a nefarious miscreant!"

Nobody says 'excellent' anymore. Either people are boring and say 'good' or 'nice' or they try and sound all intellectual by saying 'marvelous' or 'stupendous' or 'fabulous'.

'Excellent' gets lost somewhere in the middle.

I can't say excellent without busting out the Bill and Ted voice and doing some air guitar.

I'm partial to trying to get "Vanglorious" into conversations. But I'm an old X-Clan fan.

The best justification of 'nothing' I've seen', and I'm in sales... Well done!

I can't believe this thread has gone on this long without "shenanigans" being brought up. As in, someone playing a trick or being deliberately deceitful and you yell out "I call shenanigans" in classic Simpson's style.

Come to think of it... shenanigans could be a noun...
