Try getting your cardio up by chopping down trees...wear a housecoat to ensure that you have good ventilation for perspiration to escape

Trying to lose 10 pounds in 10 days you're essentially just trying to cheat the scale.

Theres no way to lose 10 healthy pounds in 10 days.

Because even if you do it, you did it to meet a deadline and as soon as that deadline has passed the lifestyle that helped you acquire those 10 pounds in the first place is going to gift them back to you.

Now, I have no problems regarding cheating a scale to win a bet at work. As a matter of fact I fully endorse it. I think its the best way to show up your coworkers.

So lose the water weight or the cleanse weight and win a free dinner at Fatty McFrys or whatever the prize is.

...and feel like a meth addict while you're doing it, not to mention probably cause some serious damage to your heart.

I don't have any trees in my front yard to cut down in my house coat.

I went for a haircut yesterday.

I don't care about keeping this weight off long term - I just want to finish not-last in the contest. It can be all water for all I care.

I only need it off for the weigh in.

No you don't feel like a meth addict at all it is not that bad at all. You just are really thirsty and can run for hours. It also is not that bad for your heart. The only people who have had problems are over weight and in direct contact with hot sun. So just make sure you eat before you take it to avoid jitters drink lots of water and run run run. Plus its totally legal in canada unless you play ncaa or any chl hockey

I have done this twice, and it works well. I know other people who have done it as well and it worked for them. The first time I did it I lost over 20 lbs by the time it was finished, which takes about 2 weeks in total. You won't likely keep most of that weight off once you go back to a normal diet, but you system will be much cleaner when you are finished.
