To be honest, i don't give a crap if people like you wreck yourself on the way home. I just want to make sure you don't destroy someones else's life. Is it really that hard to call a cab?

So you're the piece of crap that woke me up at 2AM this morning because you were too drunk to realize that you can't drive standard and were effectively doing burnouts in the parking lot because you couldn't figure out how to park in the handicapped stall, passed out in the car, TWICE, got woken up by the cops, let off, then got back in the car twenty minutes later. Thanks!
In the period of 3-4 hours if I've had 4 beers, I'm not getting behind a wheel.

Yep, that was me. I live in Vancouver and drive an automatic.
Okay, maybe it's my body type then, after 3-4 hours, if I have had 4 beers, I'm more than okay. I can't be the only one who thinks this.

Be careful dude. There are plenty of stories out there of people who *thought* they weren't drunk but ended up blowing over and got charged. That's the folly of it all; your judgment is impaired so you can't actually decide if you're drunk or not.
Though I agree that 4 beers over 4 hours probably leaves you well below .08, I wouldn't be taking the chance with it.
Whenever alcohol is part of the plan, my car is automatically disqualified from being part of the same plan.

The thing is drinking 3-4 beer over a few hours you aren't gonna blow anything near .08, I had a friend who had to take a breathalyzer once at a checkstop after having 4 or 5 over a evening, he was nervous even though he knew he wasnt drunk, ended up he blew .00
.16 isn't a i had 1 too many and made a mistake, .16 is i had a 6 pack to many and am a ###### who shouldn't be driving.
as per the previous link, to hit .16 over a 4 hour period the average guy would need to drink about 10 beer, I would hope no one here would even consider driving home after that kind of drinking.
