First I know Firefly personally. We play on the CP slo-pitch team together, so my joke was simply towards her. I have already talked to her since this posting, while she may think of me as an a-hole, nothing has changed because of my post.

2nd of all the list I provided was was to help ppl narrow down selections. I would be happy to read anything, but would especially be happy to read something from the list I provided.

Well, I am assuming there will be people who want to attend but who don't suggest a book, so go ahead and vote for your own. Besides, if everyone votes for their own, and I don't pick one, I'll have the deciding vote! Ah, the POWER!!!!!

Ok, fair enough, I apologize for coming across all fascistic - I misunderstood your comments to be more in the vein of derailment than humour, and over-reacted accordingly. Please forgive my presumption.
