Meh, I go to Futureshop for my random computer needs. Have never been to Best Buy, and doesn't look like I'll ever go there.
Futureshop is useful only for a good laugh, to hear the salesman try to pitch a Cicero machine would just cause me to crack up.

FS/BB inflates prices on everything. Everything you can find in their store, you can very likely find 10-15% cheaper elsewhere. The service sucks, they don't know what they're doing. Try to do installations yourself and they'll claim voided warranties.

Sorry Neeper, I forgot about the deal you offered, but my brother in law was the one who was doing most of the leg work. He likes to research stuff like this, and Best Buy had the best price he could find for the starter we wanted. But yeah, in the future, I'll be going somewhere else, probably to you.
