Weak lineup. Natasha Bedingfield is the only relevant, internationally-known artist on the list. But not unusual for the Coke stage I guess. Hey its free (with entry), hard to complain.
Garbage lineup. The girlfriend like Plain White T's so that's probably the only thing I'll end up going to. She likes Hedley too but there's no way in hell I'm going to that.

X2 - probably my favorite current band right now. They're in town 2-3 times a year it seems though. I've seen them 5 times at least now, and it's always a good, high energy show (although a bit repetitive each time)
People need to realize these acts are not supposed to be overly popular. They do a great job bringing in acts that wont drive (too many) people away, and will draw a good sized crowd. Remember Our Lady Peace a couple years ago? It was an unmanageable gong show, and completely unsafe.
That said, I agree those artists all suck. They need to make an amphitheater somewhere on the grounds when they do this whole renovation thing to the stampede that can hold 20 000 comfortably. Places in the US that are venues for annual free concerts are designed to hold up to 100 000+. Free shows and small venues don't mix.
