They've worked alright for me. It made my teeth whiter, but nothing spectacular.

My advice would be to buy the premium ones. The treatment is only a week. The shorter the time the better.

I tried the ten day, 30 minutes per day Crest ones.
Worked fairly well, I was pleased with the end result in relation to cost. Definitely a noticeable difference.
The only negative I found was slight sensitivity to cold or hot food/beverages

My hygenist told me to use them. I asked her about zoom whitening and her exact words were that it hurts like hell and doesnt last any longer than the strips. I personally don't get good results from the strips, plus they make my teeth hurt so much and I can hardly stand the feeling and taste of them. My husband gets great results and loves them, so like anything, you have to try it for yourself.
