Can't say I was in agreement with most of that list at all. I think they hit most of Python's classic bits, but that's about it. None of the KITH ones they put on there belong in the Kids' top 20, let alone the top 50 of all time. And how Chappelle's "I know Black People" and "Racial Draft" bits made it is beyond me - I'm not even sure the former is a sketch, and neither of them are good or groundbreaking. I think there must have been a limited library to work with there. Some stuff from Armstrong & Miller, Chewin' the Fat, Scotch & Wry, and Abbott and Costello is notably absent - and I'm not sure they got the strongest stuff out of the Two Ronnies either.
Mind you, there were a couple in there that I had never seen that were great too - so I'm not all complaints.

Agreed. I loved Chapelle Show, but neither of those two were his better ones. Rick James, on the other hand...

I looked at these last night (the site is blocked from work) but wasn't "Who's on First" in the top 5?

certainly synchronized swimming SNL would be in my top 5
the 4 Yorkshiremen is such a classic it should have been higher
as for Python the first one that came to my mind (other than the parrot I suppose) was the cheese shop, and the other was "nudge nudge wink wink
heavily laden in SNL and more specifically original cast SNL . while I won't dispute the strength and innovation of that original cast, I do think the era of the late 80s early 90s spanning Carvey/Hartman through Farley/Sandler/Myers etc was also strong and maybe under-represented? (although really I just skimmed the list)
