Seems your free beer sign isn't getting enough attention.

Exchange "free beer" for "free candy" and the condo for a rusty van in an elementary school parking lot. instant friends.

Take a black and white close-up picture of your taint, impose your unit number somewhere it can be read, and then hang it up all over the building.
