I feel your pain. We even watched one of our employees back into someone else's car and just continue on. No note, and no message to the victim the next day, so I confronted him the next morning and gave him an oppurtunity to right the wrong.

Dings are near the top of my list of peeves. I will go out of my way to park in the far reaches of the parking lot, even if it means a 5 minute walk in -20 weather. Even my wife has started to see the reasoning of my ways, after our (her) truck got dinged.

And parking beside a nice car is no guarantee that there isn't some self absorbed prick driving it who won't ding your door. Look for one that is very well looked after instead. Or a Ferrari.

TTYTT, I usually try to spell other posters' names the way they spell them. I figure that they did it for a reason (like Prottotype), so I roll with it. I never actually noticed that your name is misspelled, hence the reason I inadvertently spelled prairie correctly, but your name incorrectly. I bet a mod would fix a minor detail like that if you asked.

Indeed, my truck simply does not fit in a single stall at alot of places now because it's too long with how narrow the rows are too. If I can't find 2 spaces side by I cant swing wide enough to end up anywhere near straight. Had to park at a lot downtown last night, after the first parkade had a height restriction of just 6'1" found another lot but with only 1 open space and i kid you not it was a 13 point turn to get in it. Thankfully there was no one beside me when it was time to leave and I could just swing the front around.
