Isn't this the truth. I hate the fact that you can never get a cab outside of downtown between 4:00pm and 4:00am on a weekend. Its a little more understandable during the X-Mas holidays or Stampede - but it's pretty much all the time now.

This is the third time I've got a driver. I'll pre-order some cabs, but basically assume no-one will be able to get a cab the rest of the night. :-(
