We liked to call it toughing it out.
I also recommend blood-letting, to balance your humors.

I recommend carrying a jar of leaches in your car, in case of a lack of leaches you can always use a trophy wife.

I have prescription Amerge pills. Also, put your feet in a bowl of cold water. Amerge and t3's combined have kept me sane.I'd rather die than have a migraine without them now. Weed makes mine worse. A sleeping pill or a herb called Melatonin helps me sleep through one too, with the other meds combined.

never knew there were so many who reacted like this to weather. is it really that bad? i've never had air pressure or weather changes affect me whatsoever, even in a plane or under water. wonder what it is that causes some to be affected and others not

Melatonin is neither sleeping pill nor herb. Be very careful taking it as it can really screw you up. In most countries its actually illegal. Its a hormone used by the brain to regulate sleeping and the circadian rhythm (sleep). Take only for short periods or your brain will stop making it and you'll have problems ever going to sleep without it.

My brothers wife gets them from time to time and she ends up bed ridden when they do happen. Doctors don't seem to be able to find the problem.
