You clean the wax on the OUTSIDE of your ear. In very few circumstances should you ever be removing the wax on the inside of your ear. There is a reason it's there people...

The Darwin effect applies.

Be very careful if you are going to try this. The first time I felt nausious for about 8 hours after- must have messed up my equilibrium or something. If I use H2O2 I dilute it with water; usually about 2 parts water to 1 part H2O2.

I havent had any problems... and my doctor never said to dilute it.

When I was younger and dumber I wouldn't use any ear protection when I played with my band. I got really worried one day when I couldn't hear out of my right ear anymore, so I went to the doctor and the warm water he injected into my hear to clear the wax was nauseating. So was the giant thing of wax.
