Yep... directed by Bob Saget, and narrated by none other than Samuel L. Jackson. It was one of the worst movies I ever tried to sit through.

Juston Timberlake is in "Black Snake Moan"? Thanks for the warning, I'm going to to steer clear.

Too bad, I was interested in seeing Christina Ricci, especially a fan of her in "Buffalo 66".

Not to be a huge Timberlake defender, but the guy can act.

He does a good job in Black Snake Moan, but if you want proof, watch Alpha Dog. Hes not bad.

It pains me to say it because his music makes my ears bleed.

First off, I would never watch Alpha Dog either but I'm not saying he's a complete no talent. I just do not need to see that curly haired, fruit singer from NSync on my TV.

Don't worry, he doesn't have a really big role so you don't have to spend the whole movie watching him. And as for the talented Mr. Jackson, I'm surprised no one has mentioned his role in the critically acclaimed Snakes on a Plane....

That was a total B movie... but it was fun and he did a god job. It wasn't pretending to be something it wasn't. It was a low intelligence, Spike TV esque action flick. It was actually decent for that. Farce of the Penguins, XXX 1&2 and Deep Blue Sea are notoriously bad because they could not do their genre well at all... in fact, they were brutal for their genres.

If you're a Timberlake acting fan, check out Edison. If not, don't. Funny enough, also staring Morgan Freeman. Slightly far-fetched premise, but really... how many movies in Hollywood aren't these days.

I thought Timbalake was OK in Alpha Dog - his histrionics at the end ruined what was otherwise a passable performance - and as mentioned he doesn't have a lot of screen time in BSM (if I recall, doesn't he get beat up even?).

Didn't really know what to make of Black Snake Moan. Enjoyed Ricci for sure and I like Sam Jackson (especially his beer), but the movie was quirky and weird.
