I haven't done a lick of work in two hours. I've just sat here, listened to music, and pretended to be doing something.
Add to that the fact that the system I work on has been down since 11:00am, and you might say I'm the epitome of a useless tit right now.

I'm killing time tele-commuting to the office while the satellite guy hooks up my new HD dish . . . . . funny thing is though, the whole real-life office in the city is basically immobilized by a computer fiasco . . . . so they're all killing time out on late lunches.
Beautiful looking out on the mountains though from my home office. Looks a lot like the below right now. I should goof off at home more often:

Normally, I would only get Christmas day and Boxing day off from work. Not much of a Christmas Holiday. This year we're getting the whole week off which is nice, but normally, i'd be working Monday, thursday and friday next week. I've got 2 hours left here and still a bit of work left.

The driveway is about 150 feet long . . . . that takes some shovelling.

Looks like there's a bit of an early exodus from downtown, judging from the traffic I can see on 4th Avenue.
