Anyways it's mostly harmless drivel, but not all of these issues are as black or white either. There are actual isolated case reports of cell phones interfering with some medical equipment, but to be fair they are few and far between.
And that thing about drinking so much water that you could die, in a normal human being at rest, requires a huge amount of water intake. So much so, that it's almost irrelevant in normal practice.
