Is it possible that the person saw the car wash running and thought that theirs wasn't finished?

The only car washes I have ever been to are the ones where you use coins and manually wash your vehicle.

It's also known that there are lots of stupid people out there. Could be one of them.

Hey, that was my doing! I called that Tony Tighe dude after my Flames gamepack was stolen from that place and they basically blew me off. Man was I pissed. Thankfully the Flames were cool about it and I got my tickets reprinted. I actually thought that the whole thing was dropped until I got a call from the TV station. Tony told me that they spent 20 grand on the tiny hidden cameras they used. Nothing is better than watching Karma bite someone in the ass.

I walked around with a smile on my face for a week after that. The best part about the whole thing?...when the ######bag that stole the tickets actually showed up at a game and challenged us about who was supposed to be sitting there. One quick motion to a cop standing close by and 5 minutes later they are being escorted out to a police cruiser. So sweet!
