Although, objectively speaking it seems as though others may be banned on Loogers part. I dont know Looger, but you gotta ask yourself: Is this what Looger would want?

Kind of OT...but how does the Sin Bin work? I was in there once long ago, but only for a few days. Will we ever see the likes of Lanny or Looger again?

Had an idea!
|
Lanny knows the sin-bin well.
He's be banned so many times I doubt we could keep track.
Sometimes they give them 2 weeks off....a week off....24 hours....I assume Looger is banned forever based on the email he sent me...don't know about Lanny.

I had some personal contact with him while he still posted here....he seemed level-headed enough, so I guess we formed some obscure kind of online friendship.
After he got banned he emailed me with a link to the Zeitgeist video and a long explanation of what it meant. I like the guy and all....but he has some crazy ideas.
Lanny used to do the whole 9/11 conspiracy theory thing too....but he personally attacked anyone who disagreed with him; Looger was different. He could in a VERY interesting way get his point across.

Thanks for the info Azure. I agree, his views, though somewhat out there, always made some semblence of sense and he certainly was never the antagonist that Lanny was.

Are you sure you read what he wrote?
He may not have been the antagonist that Lanny was but he wasn't much of a debater, had no fact or intelligence to his "views" and added nothing to the board at all.
Good riddance and hopefully he stays banned, boycotted or whatever it is that is keeping him away.

Alright let's not bash someone who can't defend themselves.
I was thinking the other day we should have different titles for temporary and permanent suspensions to avoid the confusions, but couldn't think of a good title for permabanned.
And bannings are usually private issues and we usually don't want to comment on them publicly.
