There is a car in front of my house that has been there for 12+ days, called 311, they put me through to Parking Authority who said that if it belongs to someone on the street it can sit there as long as they want. If the owner doesn't live on the street, it is 72 hours. Either way they said they would look into it, that was 3 days ago.
