Never will happen with Tony Dungy as your head coach

I'm eagerly anticipating the Pats/Jets game in Foxboro.
Anyone else think Bill will take particular delight in running up the score against the franchise that started the whole "Patriots are cheaters" campaign?

I'm hoping they run up the score as I have Brady and Welker in my fantasy league!

Were they running up the score? Yes!
But who cares? No one cares when Tiger Woods keeps getting birdies with a 15 shot lead with a few holes to play. People didn't seem to have a problem with a 30-4(?) game the Texans put on in the MLB. No one got all upset when the Raptors beat the Nets by 40 points the other night.
They are PROFESSIONAL athletes, if they don't want to see the score run up, STOP THEM!
When the Flames are up 6-0 in a game would you want to see them let up and not try and score any more goals or maybe play nice and let the other team score a few goals so they don't get their feelings hurt. HA!
The Pats are the best team to step onto a football feild in the last 10 years. They would have won the Superbowl last year if they didn't let up and let the Colts get back into that game....maybe this is what Bill is trying to get accross to the team. It doesn't matter if the lead is 1 point or 100 points, just keep playing to win because the moment you let your gaurd down you could be the team trying to catch up.
Maybe its just me...

OMG, they didn't start it, Dungy looked down his nose at filming coaches on the sidelines.
And maybe a small datapoint for Pats apoligists, but the NFL cleared Indy of the sound noise thing, and fined Belechek half a million for his cheating.
The two instances of cheating are of way different scale and cant be compared in any way.

Everyone seems to have a lot of issues with what took place on Sunday. I'm not a fan of either team but I will say there was one thing that caught my attention. Belichick completely blew off Dungy after the game was over further solidifying his reputation as being a world-class jerk.

Ha! Now we have irrefutable evidence that Roger Goddell and the NFL are covering up the Colts tactics in order to protect their squeaky-clean image! It's a giant conspiracy against the Pats. Who knows how deep this thing runs?
And the article cites previous complaints regarding crowd noise at the RCA Dome dating back as far as 2005. Guess it's about time to slap an asterisk on last year's accomplishments then. Only fair...

Coach Dungy did say he was very disappointed in Bill after spy-gate. Bill is beloved by his players.

'I don’t know if you know this, but they actually pick up the crowd noise and pump it back through the P.A. (public address system)'"
SCANDAL!
Fine Dungy $500K! Take away a 1st round pick! How dare the Colts critique the Pats for spy-gate?

Tony just talked about how he thought it was another case of the small number of negative things in the NFL, overshadowing all the good in the league. He never called out Bill personally, or put the Pats organization down.

A little different when it's an unamed security guard as a source, compared to the NFL commish.

Personally I would take the security guards word over a commissionaire that is trying to stay face with the public. Does the NFL really want two scandals in one year? With his two best teams all in the front lines of the scandals...
Superbowl XLI - Indianapolis Colts*
If this becomes true I would just have to point and laugh at every Colts fan who was up in arms over the "cheating" the Pats were doing. This is awesome news...hopefully it turns out to be 100% true!

The NFL has already looked into it and said the Colts did nothing wrong. No major sports networks are reporting this, it's one unamed source. This isn't even a story anymore.
