Friend...have you ever been on a freakout?

You gotta try freakouts. Basically, you drive around the city doing immature crap, freaking people out.

In the summer, I have a CD full of ice cream truck music. I'd play it loudly so the kids would come running out thinking it was the ice cream truck.

I know it's small, and no big deal, but it can be kind of fun to go hang out on the observation deck of the Calgary Tower for a while. The glass floor they have in there now is definitely high enough to make anyone a little nervous of heights think twice about standing on it. You can snap some cool pictures on it.

One thing Calgary has that Toronto doesn't is Banff.

For a weekend thing, head to nearby attractions. Royal Tyrell Museum, Head Smashed-in Buffalo Jump, Frank Slide, all cool places to visit.

During the summer head to Waterton Park.

Frank Slide is pretty cool.....until you realize you can look out your window and see it everyday.
