WEll.. if you have over a -5.00 Rx you need to adjust the prescription, as the CL and Spec Rx are not the same (has to do with the distance the lens is from the eye). ... I beleive that online sites will automatically adjust the rx based on that... but 7.75 will be your best Sphere prescription for your glasses... but you would need to adjust it back to a -7.00 for contracts... Make sure that if the form asks for Spectacle RX you are using -7.25 - 1.00 X whatever... if it asks for the CL rx... you should be going with -7.00 Sphere.
Acuvue Daily contact lenses also come in two base curves... (8.5 and 9.0 i beleive)... make sure that you order the same one you had before.
