Obviously you need car flags, bumper stickers, an antenna flag and I've seen a car decorating kit complete with magnets, seat belt covers and the like floating around at Shoppers Drug Mart.
Of course, you could also try to make stuff on your own that simply can't be bought. Some people have custom painted their cars, others have made their own window displays.
The possibilities are limitless!
