Weekdays I like 40-50, and weekends 80-100.

Not a cent. I rarely carry cash and when I do it probably because I'm going on vacation.

I too, never have cash on me. I'm a debit/credit girl. If i have cash, i just spend it on useless, un-needed crap.

And with a lot of cards/retailers now not requiring signatures for small value purchases its fast to use your credit card.

I rarely ever use credit card or debit card. I've already been almost burned once by Identity theft.

I think it really depends on where you grew up, for example:
Growing up in Okotoks I always had access to interac or ATM's etc., I rarely have more then 30 bucks on me (unless I'm going out or golfing)
My wife however, grew up in small town saskatchewan where there was barely electricity and running water (she would kill me if she saw this) she HAS to always have at least 60 dollars on her because you just never know

For some reason I NEVER have cash on me. I find that if I have cash around I just spend it way too quickly.
However, I'm in France for a few months and since I don't want to open a new bank account here, I just make extremely large cash withdrawls every so often. Lately I've been walking around with over 200 euros on me at any given time... I'll probably get mugged now.

I usually carry $100 in my wallet.
I also pay by debit a lot. That and i'm very careful about where I use my debit card. With the recent thefts of pin numbers I stopped using it at gas stations.

Also rarely have cash, other than my Tim's money. Use my debit card for just about everything. Had my debit card skimmed before at a gas station though, so I don't use it at the gas station, usually stick to CC for that purchase.

I usually carry about $40-60 on me, but typically use my debit or credit cards. I just keep the money on me because I am paranoid about my cards not working. It happened once in my life where my card didn't work and I have been permanently scarred by it. I hold my breath everytime I use one of my cards until it's approved. Just one of my many pathetic quirks.

I'm the same ... I always carry cash for places where I'm not confident about using my debit/credit card for fear of my PIN number being lifted and such ... restaurants for example. So I've usually got a couple hundred in my wallet.

Where do all you people hang out so I can mug you? I rarely have money in my wallet because I rarely have money. Which might be because when I do have money in my wallet, I spend it recklessly.

$100 at a time. No idea how long it lasts me though....I took out $100 last Sunday at the game, and I'm down to $5 (just checked).
I'll take out more tonight, but if I go out for pints I'll probably spend it all.
What I'm trying to say is I have no idea how much I have in my wallet. Ever. Thank god I don't have kids, they'd be robbing me blind.

All I can get
|
For some reason I still like using cash when I gas up. That's what most of my cash goes to. Gas, and beer I guess.
I bring a lunch from home. Got fed up with the company cafeteria years ago. Saves a heck of a lot of money.
