They did complain to the UN... it's in the article, though they may bring it before the SC instead of the GA.

As for all the UN motions against Israel, don't you think that the fact there are so many kind of suggests something not entirely fair going on.

Maybe they don't agree with Israel's policies? I thought conspiracy theories were the realm of the Left?

In that case it will be interesting to see how far Syria pushes this. At the same time they are trying to promote themselves as not influencing Lebanese affairs. If this was indeed an arms shipment to a paramiltary organization in Lebanon and Israel has proof, it could end up doing them a lot more harm than good.
