If it goes by the sports illustrated story we're likely to see that the 10 that were suspended were
Chavo Guerrero
Shane Helms
Randy Orton
John Morrison (ECW Champion)
Mr. Kennedy
Funaki
Charlie Haas
Umanga
William Regal
Edge
There's a rumor that 2 more are also looking at suspensions and if I had to guess it would be Lashley and Batista.
The usual suspension under the wellness plan is a suspension of 30 to 60 days without pay.
If you look at the list it certainly does effect the WWE's main event picture, and destroys that whole stupid who's vince's kid story.
Hopefully this forces a cleanup of wrestling so that we don't have to see 40 year olds dropping dead from enlarged hearts or roid rage incidences.

I read another article that stated the first offense is 30 days and the second offense is 60 days.

They also said one was a second time offender, Chris Masters might be in there too. WFT is Funaki doing on that list? Everyone is so quick to point out that it is steroids, the WWE does also test for other drugs as well such as pain killers. Batista, Edge, Kennedy, Helms, Lashley, and Regal all have been working through injuries in the past couple of months, so it might be pain killers too.
And don't forget to mention that there are other professional athletes on this list as well.

I don't understand why wrestlers use growth enhancer's. It's not like they actually need to be super strong... everything is a total act. Though I suppose it's more for the visual image of massive muscles then for the actual use of them.
Pain suppressors on the other hand might be more useful.

It is an act but you need to be in tip top shape and strong enough to handle yourself and your opponent. Do you think a 96lb pencil neck geek can body slam a guy twice his weight without injuring himself and/or his opponent? They don't use stunt cables when they pick each other up. They help each other in certain moves but a weakling wouldn't last long in the ring.
