Good summary of the issues regarding the 'innocent vs. Not-guilty' question. I'm fairly satisfied with the case and agree that the burden of proof upon innocence be same as a guilty conviction. While the timeline of Harper's death was refuted and some of the testimony contradicted one another the possibility remains that Truscott could have still committed the crime. I appreciate that the courts didn't deny this possibility by declaring him innocent.
