Well gang, should we change W to LW and RW or what? It's all the same to me, I usually decide these things by "majority rules".

Doesn't matter to me, as long as its clear well ahead of time. I do think it would be cool if you co-ordinate with I_am_Beast so that the A pool and the B pool have the same rules... then we can see who has the best record between either pool at the end! Also, the deeper the better as far as I'm concerned... the late rounds are where the real fun in drafting sleepers begins.

well personally from playing this a few times, having set postions keeps it more balanced. It also promotes activity such as trades ect.....

I'm all for linking pool "A" and pool "B" i even have some ideas that would make this very interesting in years to come if we continue this....

C C, LW LW, RW RW , F , D D D D , UTIL, G G , BNCH, BNCH, BNCH, BNCH , IR

with games played set @ 2 for the goalies

above should give great depth and not allow to people to expoit players

So everyone alright with changing up the roster positions and the points to match what is set up for the B pool? The idea is to keep this as the A league and the other league as the B team, so as to keep some continuity. Perhaps send bottom 4 to B league and bring top 4 from the B league up...or soemthing like that?

And only 15 people signed up...if no one is signed up by Thursday, I will open it up to anyone else interested!!

I posted on the league board, I could setup another team of scrubs or rookies if we don't get one more to sign up. Preference is of course to get another person signed up, but if we're desperate....

K, we are up to 16 people now. 2 people missing from the original 18.

IMO, 16 is PLENTY for that number of positions. We're going to be drafting the likes of Wayne Primeau if we bring on more people.
