Kevan, we're talking about Shaw, right? They were completely unhelpful today when I called them. They didn't have a clue.

Free for a month? Liverpool vs. Aston? In my house? YAH!
EDIT - Good to see another LFC fan posting right above me.

Liverpool is the only way to go. I'm not going to say I'm not concerned about them this season, especially after losing the Asian Barclay Premiership tournament on penalties earlier, but I'm excited for this purported channel 154.

Wow. We could get a CP LFC fan club going! Calgary actually has a Liverpool Fan club though for any of you Calgary based fans.

Ever seen the Toon play live, Kevan. Great supporters. Almost as good as Liverpool's! I've always had a soft spot for the Geordies actually. LFC-Newc matches are usually awesome too. There have been a couple of great 4-3 Liverpool victories in recent years.
edit: Thanks for the schedule Hemi. Looks really good.

I just got a digital message on my cable box saying that this is now available.
If it wasn't for this thread, I would have had no idea what it was talking about.

No I havent. Some day I will though. Id really like to see a darby match v Sunderland. Well, 'really like' is a bit of an understatement. I cant imagine the how electric the crowd in SJP would be.

SJP is great. I've been to Liverpool matches up there three or four times.....many years ago now. The atmosphere was electric, with both sets of supporters right into it. Great days actually. Of course, NOTHING beat the Liverpool Kop in the pre-Hillsborough standing days. To say that that atmosphere was electric would be a complete and utter understatement.
I hope you get to see the Toon play sometime. You really will love it. Geordies are fantastic people too.

if Kevan hadn't put Shaw in the subject line i would have never even checked in here, not exactly the biggest soccer fan. but it's nice to contribute to a thread even when you have no vested interest in the subject

I figured I'd bump this.
I'm none too pleased with my soccer options right now, either Setanta or GolTV.
With all of the friendlies on right now Setanta is playing some of them, but no England or Germany.
GolTV is usually shameless promoters of Spanish, Italian and German soccer, but they're playing the Italy vs. Portugal match twice today and three times back-to-back tomorrow.
Am I missing something here or are my options really that bad?
