If it's food poisoning, they will take samples from you. My friend recieved food poisoning from Sakana Grill in Calgary and they took samples and the place was shut down for awhile but the health inspector.

The health board won't even hear your complaint unless you have been observed by a doctor. Otherwise people would call up the health board, tell them they contracted an FBI (food borne illness) while eating at their restaurant, and the restaurant would be sending out $1000 cheques to every other patron. Tough way to do business. GO see a doctor.
