I'm not really keen on anything being sprayed or shot into the atmosphere above me, so I don't support the program.

The war was won over a year ago, its the occupation that they are losing.

The WoT is not a war as much as it is a stuggle of wills, and considering there hasnt been a terrorist attack on US soil of any significant magnitude since 9-11, I wouldn't say they are losing.

Back on Topic -

The rain will happen eventually, this is just a delaying tactic - I have no problems with it at all.
