In the case of the airforce, 4Wing Cold Lake is the main base, and countries from all over the world go to 4Wing to train (its called Maple Flag) but Maple Flag ended about a 2 weeks ago. Canadian Northern airspace is the largest in the world, so NATO does alot of their testing there.

4Wing AETE also works with NASA and some other Intl Aerospace companies for test, as well as local (ie. NAV Canada)

Living next to the stampede grounds, I'm already irritated by all the damn helicopters.
