To be fair, it is an attractive train with comfy looking seats. It is the first train I wanted to jump on.

It is a black kid, it is an almost farcical injustice and it is taking place in Georgia. No offense to Georgia, but there is a bit of a reputation there and it is probably justified.

This theory would probably be bang on if the state hadn't already reduced the crime itself to a misdemeanor from a felony. There is no possible way this case could be a precedent going forward.
