Exactly. Except in those places, if you're so inclined (just clarifying, that I never have been and don't forsee being so inclined any time soon), for a sligtly larger tip the girls can be persuaded to do more than be friendly. Actually, I'm sure if you tip well enought at Cowboys it'd probably work that way too, but you'd probably need Prince Harry money to tip like that.

Either she's rather nice looking and the Sun photographer should be fired for a slanderously ugly photo, or the photographer of the Hottest Bartender Shoot should be knighted for turning ##### into gold.
I still don't think she's that great though... fake boobies suck.

No kidding. The tradition and everything that goes along with it is interesting and neat to have around. But the way the British follow it is unreal. I can understand why he was so surprised that no cameras were in his face, probably because a lot of people don't know who is he here/don't care nearly as much as the British.
But I guess it's better than here and the US where lazy eye dog face (Paris Hilton) is front page news.
