Yeah. I don't know much about it, but for those reasons it seems like it wouldnt be as credible. Of course in a job interview I could explain the process, but if someone is reading hundreds of resumes, I don't see Athabasca getting the same respect (amount of callbacks) as a different university.
It seems like everyone is for UBC or UofA. I'll agree those two are my top choices aswell. However not all of my courses may transfer to these universities. If I have to retake up to 5 courses (one semester) would this still be a good idea?
I've gotten a few good responses about UofL, and one negative on UofC. Does anyone like UofC?
The reason I ask for those, is that my courses would transfer over perfectly, so I wouldnt have wasted any money on classes I don't need.
UofC I would have to take a semester off and work, so that could be a strike against it.
UofL I wouldnt, but one PM i received portrayed lethbridge as a fairly "redneck" community, which is definitely not me. I can handle small towns, and I know im probably stereotyping, but the get drunk and look for a fight mentality is definiely not me.
Im totally unfimilar with Lethbridge.
