yeah, Hy's got bulldozed.

I have had good experiences at the Cattle Baron (north location). And their prime rib is definitely very good.

Wow... I've been there lots of times (been going there since the mid '80's) and have never had a problem with reservations and the service has always been excellent. The steak has been great and the lobster mouth watering... and I've always left there with a full and satisfied stomach and with money still in my wallet. Their prices won't break the bank.

There are lots of other good places out there but I find some are very pricey. .... Caesars, Cattlebaron, Wellingtons, etc.

One place that also serves great food at reasonable prices is Mr. Schnapps in Shawnessy. There's another Mr. Schnapps in the NE but I prefer the one in Shawnessy (besides I know the owner quite well )

Well, we ended up going to the downtown Keg. By the time we left home, we didnt have enough time before the game to go anywhere else. I will try Vintage sometime though; I didnt know about it before.

The Keg was actually quite good this time. $25 for a Ceasar Salad, Steak, Mushrooms and Baked Potatoe is a decent price these days. I dont have any complaints about my meal last night.

As a sidenote, my wife and I had really good steaks at the Saddleroom restaurant at the 'Dome last night before the game. Perfect for right before the game, since you are already there.

James.
