Survivor, Will and Grace, Dr Phil and Oprah, Newlyweds (shudder), all those terrible Judge shows, American or Canadian Idol and Smallville.
UNDER RATED:
Alias, Trailer Park Boys, Six Feet Under, King of the hill, Spider-Man (new animated series), Lonely Planet, Star Trek Enterprise and Oblivious.

How can Alias be underrated?
All I ever hear about is that show and how great it and Jennifer Garner is and yet it is extremely boring.

underrated "High Incident" by the fact that I'm willing to bet like one maybe two people here know what show I'm talking about, and the fact that it ran for three years on a major US Network, proves that it's underrated!

OVERATED------ All Reality TV Shows (Home Design, Extreme Make Over, American Idol, Survivor), Seinfeld, Corner Gas, Friends, Family Guy, The Simpsons (I do like the show, it's just overrated), Basketball and all shows on TLC.
UNDERATED----- That 70's Show and The Chapelle Show.

Over: Will & Grace, friggin' reality TV shows (Apprentice was ok)
Underrated: It's gone now but "Sportsnight" is/was just so good. I just bought the DVD and I love the show. Such a shame it went after only two season. The thing is it seems to be highly rated by fans NOW that its too late, myself included. I never saw the show when it was actually on TV. Shame.....
British show "Coupling" is a really funny show that's possibly underrated over here. The US version was brutally bad though.
Oh, and I don't mind Friends so much (Perhaps it's a tad overrated though.....)
