This has to be the case. My house was completed in Feb 2005.

Ditto here. Judging by the level of completion of the landscaping of our yard, I would say the photo of our house was taken in June of 2005.

I work downtown and there is a 25 storey multi-family building beside our office and the building is filled with people living in it. Beside that is the other same tower going up beside it (about 1/3 into construction) google map shows those two buildings as a parking lot.

Also, the Emerald Stone condo on 8th street and 15th ave SW is still a parking lot in that photo. They broke ground in November 2002.
