I had some really great deepdish pizza when I was there. It was at a place called either Gino's or Giordano's but I can't remember which. Each piece was about 8 inches deep and filled with lots of cheese. It was supposedly where deepdish pizza was invented however.

Go find a frank place called "Demon Dogs". I forget where exactly it is--I'm not sure if it is in the Loop or not--but it is under the El tracks.

Anyway, I went in there with some friends--it looked very unassuming. But apparently the manager of the band Chicago started the place and there are lots of autographed music memorabilia not just from Chicago but from lots of other bands--I think there was a Clapton guitar. Also there was the key to the city and a letter from Bill Clinton (who was president while I was there).

Yeah, I went there last fall and all I could think when I was there was "whoa, I've seen so many of these paintings in books... they actually exist? and this place has them? Badass!"

I also recommend heading out to see the Frank Lloyd Wright house/ studio. I can't remember where it is, but it was really interesting.

That is a city that I would love to go to in the summer and spend a good chunk of time discovering.

Oxygen, did you go to the games today? didn't see any Canada Tee's out there. We left half way through the Kansas game, after the UNLV win it was a little anti-climatic.
