Marty made some really stupid moves against the Patriots. I am not sure why he wasn't fired right after that game -- however, the new coach will have some amazing talent to work with and I think there are a lot of people that would be willing to consider changing jobs to coach guys like Merriman and Tomlinson.

Maybe a guy like Cowher might reconsider...Parcells has unretired a couple of times.(jk)

One name not on the list that I can see happening is June Jones in Hawaii. He's good buddies with Spanos and Jerry Glanville is his D co-ordinator there. It's a longshot but it would not surprise me.

I know. But he is the second best coach in franchise history. All the team did was win when he was at the helm. The team colapsed in 1998. But one of the theries was that the Chiefs figured they were so close to being a Super Bowl team. That they started to add players with questionable morals, or off field problems. Thinking they were one player away from getting a ring. And it tore the locker room apart.

I think you would have to get your brain checked if you left Hawaii June Jones. He's done a great job with that program, and he's done the NFL thing, and he lives in freaking Hawaii!!!
