They didn't have to design anything. All they had to do was hire a designer to do all the work. The womans team chose a man to design the clothes, and won. The guys chose a girl, and lost.

But each team had A LOT of say in the final product as far as colour, fabric, style and whatever elements are important to fashion. I mean seriously, the extent of knowledge of womens fashion for most straight men is how to get a thong off a woman without ripping it.

One area you could see that the men were at a disadvantage was when picking out fabric. Carolyn was in tears watching the colors and fabrics they brought back. Conversly the women did it very quickly and were able to actually help the guy with choices.

Also is it me or does it seem like the PM is getting fired a lot more this year. Last year if you did a bad job you would often get fired, however this year it seems if teammembers do a bad job the PM is blamed for putting them in that position.

The primary thing the women did right last night was pick a designer who also understood the business aspects of fashion and basically took them by the hand and guided them through it.

If the men had picked the same guy, they might have eliminated a lot of their problems in one fell swoop and won.

But they didn't and their leader spent too much time twirling his pen instead of controlling events. He deserved the axe.
